MANAGEMENT POLICY & MANAGEMENT STRATEGY

Management Policy

In line with our Corporate Philosophy, which is to aim to provide returns of profit to shareholders, quality services to clients based on their needs, a happy and prosperous life for our employees, and benefits to society, we aim to be a corporate organization filled with dreams and hope by respecting the spirit of mutual trust and support. As digital technologies continue to evolve, amid the growing importance in recent years of providing communications of useful information reflecting increasingly diverse consumption styles, we will strive to strengthen our corporate value by providing comprehensive support for building positive relationships between clients and consumers through our core businesses of direct mail, logistics, sales promotions, and events, as well as new services in related fields. Our goal is to become an integrated information solutions provider transcending the direct mail paradigm to fuse the digital and real worlds toward the future.

Management Strategy

Formulated in March 2022, the new Medium-term Management Plan targets market capitalization of 20.0 billion yen, net sales of 34.0 billion yen, and operating income of 2.2 billion yen in the final fiscal year ending March 2027. To achieve these targets while laying the foundation needed to evolve into an integrated information solutions provider, we will implement business strategies of creating next-generation businesses, building the second and third business pillars, and enhancing core businesses. At the same time, we will promote digital transformation (DX) as a digital strategy to support these initiatives and tackle the challenge of advancing initiatives for sustainability and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as well as promoting health and productivity management as fundamental strategies to enhance corporate value.
